  I was thrilled to buy 3 sets of your 24" deep shelves 5 level shelves until I brought them home. I spent 3 hours trying to get them to stay together and finally gave up. They have such a poor design. If you get the bottom plugs in place there is no space to install the bottom poles. I finally had to pay a handy man $50 to get them to stay together. Here is what he had to do.
  1. He heated up the bottom plugs (to change their shape) so that they would fit inside of the bottom poles.
  2. He then installed screws into each tier to keep the poles in place.
  3. Finally he put zip ties on all the poles to hold the 3 units together.
  I own 13 other sets of shelves and NEVER have had this much frustration.
